Honestly, the warm welcome from Ian and Lorraine was canny! They made us feel right at home after a long ride. The room was immaculate, just lovely! Only downside, could've done with a full English at breakfast. Still, the continental spread was decent enough!

The location woudl ve been lovely if it wasn't so remote. The room's temperature issues were quite disappointing. Considering the service, I would have expected a complimentary gesture to was good, but that apparently wasn't in the cards. I honestly almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

The location is a bit remote from the coast path. One room was chilly, contrasting with the warmth of the first-floor room .

The garden view from my room at Sheviock Barton was lovely, offering a peaceful ambience. I appreciated the comfortable sleeping experience. Everything felt just right after a day of exploring. The ambiance of the farmhouse stood out, too-fine decor and a warm atmosphere. I enjoyed the variety of items available for breakfast, including fresh fruit and delicious cooked options. At checkout, I was surprised by the abrupt ending to my stay. I believed my confirmation stated I had until 11 AM to check out. This misunderstanding created an awkward moment as I felt rushed. Despite this, the staff had been cute throughout my stay. If they could enhance communication around checkout times, it would greatly improve the overall experience .
